Returns

it's ok to change your mind! we will accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from date of receipt. for change of mind returns, items must be unworn with tags still attached.

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

mello merino takes extreme care in ensuring your goods are of the highest quality. If your item is faulty, the fault will be assessed by the mello merino team and either repaired, replaced or refunded. should the replacement item be out of stock we will either offer a credit voucher, an exchange for another item, or a refund. 

if you're sending an online order back to us, we recommend using a tracked service as mello merino cannot take responsibility for lost packages. until your return is received by mello merino, it is your responsibility.

sometimes packages take a while to get back to us so please be patient and allow up to 30 days for us to process your return. we will do our best to refund or replace items as soon as they are received.
